Cannot Get Parallels To Stop or Pause

When I stop or suspend Parallels using Vista, I cannot get it to resume without selecting that I have to start Windows normally rather than in safe mode.

Does anyone know to make this go away so I do not have to reboot every time?

I am using the most recent version of Parallels.

Hello,

if you want to stop your VM, you should go 'Start' -> 'Shut Down' rather than going 'Actions' -> 'Stop' or pressing the red square.
How do you resume your VM after suspending?
