Hi, I'm struggling to get my Windows 10 window to display at 1920 x 1080 resolution. It only gives me the option for 1920 x 1200 or 1920 x 810. I've seen some others have had this issue and it appeared to be resolved by reinstalling the latest Parallels Tools. I've done that, but it still does not work. I'm running my Windows 10 window on my external display, but even on the native MacBook Pro display I get the same issue. System Info: 13" MacBook Pro 2017 - i5, 16GB RAM, 256GB SSD at default resolution macOS 10.15.3 External Display - LG 34WK95U-W at default resolution (2560x1080) Parallels 15.1.3 (47255) Hardware > Graphics > Memory - Auto; Resolution - Best for external displays, Vertical synchronization enabled Options > Full Screen - Optimize full screen for games, Scale to fit screen: Keep ratio Guest OS - Windows 10 Home Thank you!
Hi Curt C. Please set the Resolution to 'Scaled' and follow the steps from this article to set a custom Windows resolution.
Thank you for the information. However, I have done that I still don't see a setting for 1920 x 1080... only 1920 x 1200 or x 810 are the only options for 1920.
