Cannot import machine from VMWare 3.0

I'm running the latest parallels build. I try importing a VM that runs fine in VMWare and get this message:

This virtual machine cannot be processed because something is wrong with its configuration or the virtual hard disks it uses. Please contact the Parallels support team for assistance.

I have no idea how to "comtact the parallels support team for assistance".

Hi,
no, we cannot provide you with any ETA on this. However, you can make a migration attempt even if is not officially supported (of course, we do not guarantee positive result); you can try the following steps on the source virtual machine before migration:
1. remove VMware Tools
2. remove any antivirus software
3. run checkdisk, restart Windows
Then, try to migrate.
