Cannot Install JRE

    Hi there,
    I cannot install java runtime, it always gives error. this also happens with java SE.
    please advise how to install java runtime jre and java SE in parallels windows 11 on mac

    Same here. Either being stuck in a progress bar with no progress at all, or getting the error 1618.

    Yes. I did a Windows restart - and then had no issues installing JRE.

    Thank you, it was the solution to restart windows and everything setup successfully.
