Cannot install Parallels Tool on Vine Linux

I have updated Parallels Desktop to 11.
After that Parallels Tool cannot be installed in a Vine Linux guest,
which is a Redhat-based Japanese distribution.
The kernel version is 3.4.108 and the GCC version is 4.4.5.
Are there any requirements for kernel and GCC to install Parallels Tool?
