Cannot install Windows Movie Maker Live

Running a Windows 7 installation inside Parallel on a Mac.

The issue is that the emulated driver is not recognized by Windows Movie Maker Live as meeting the minimum system requirements for directx and 3d support.

Is there a work around to get this installed?

Graphics card: Windows Live Movie Maker requires a graphics card that supports DirectX 9 or higher and Shader Model 2 or higher.

Windows 7 comes with DirectX 11 preinstalled. The issue appears to be driver releated

Actually Parallels Tools provide DirecX9 support - but it satisfies the minimum requirements.
