Cannot Install

I am trying to install Desktop Parallels for Mac 4.0, but the installation fails, and my firewall is set to allow all connections. Anyone have any ideas how to get the program to install?

download it from ------>>>>>
http://download.parallels.com/deskt...hotfix1/Parallels-Desktop-4.0.3540.209168.dmg

double click it and install,

actually it no clear enough from your explanation what is wrong in installation process
