cannot link desktop file from Mac to windows

Hi,

I have the problem after I run parallel. After start windows, there is error message showing that the windows can find Desktop file, so there is only recycle bin on windows desktop, but I have more than 10 showing in Mac desktop.

Can any one pls help me to find out how to link Mac desktop file to show on windows desktop ?

Have you tried basic troubleshooting?

It looks like this is a problem either with a shared profile or with a Windows profile.

So, you can try starting with two things:

1. Reinstall Parallels Tools in the following way: http://kb.parallels.com/en/4841

2. If it won't help, try creating another user profile in Windows guest OS: http://help.expedient.com/general/winxp_profiles.shtml
