Cannot move Parallels Desktop license to new MBP since old mac drowned

I am trying to move my Parallels Desktop 11 to a new MacBook Pro since my other one drowned. It is dead so how can I go about deactivating the key?
Can you guys do it from your end please, so I can move the license?

We have made changes to the activation key. Try to activate now and check.
 
Hi, I'm in a very similar situation. I moved recently and managed to have lost my old mbp. I have since gotten a new Mac but, needless to say, I was never able to deactivate the key.

Please help me, your my only hope
 
I am unable to move my Parallels desktop 13 to a new MacBook. I de-activated on the old one and put in the license key, but it says it is an upgrade license. I can re-activate on the original MacBook, but it won't let me on the new one. Please help!! My support code is:
