Cannot paste Mac->PC or PC->Mac

I have Parallels 6 with guest OS XP Professional running on a MacBook Pro OS 1.5.8. I had no problem until after my Mac crashed. Now I cannot copy & paste from Mac to PC or from PC to Mac.

In the virtual machine configuration I have "share clipboard" selected.
