Cannot reactivate license following HDD swap

    Good morning,

    We had activated a Parallels Desktop for Mac Business Edition license back in March this year.

    Recently one of our users could not boot anymore into his Macbook's OS, the laptop was taken to a repair shop in order to get fixed, unfortunately with no success.

    What the user ended up doing was taking the HDD, and then use it on another Macbook. They were able to boot on the other Macbook, actually regaining access to the OS and the files. The only issue left is the fact Parallels Desktop is asking for a license key once again. We tried entering the one we used in March, but we get a popup window stating the license has reached activation limit.

    Is there a way we coulld reuse this license key we have? If needed we can provide the Contract Subscription Agreement tied to the license key.
