I am not able to power on more than 2 macOS VM on my host Mac Studio with M1 Ultra and 128 GB RAM running Parallels Desktop 18 Business Edition. I have only 32 GB allocated to each VM. What is causing this issue and is there any workaround to run more VMs? Is this an apple enforced restriction? If so are there any documentation regarding this?

    See: https://kb.parallels.com/128867
"1. macOS VM works only on Mac computers with APFS disks, and running more than two such VMs simultaneously is impossible. "

    Hello,

    Thank you for your feedback.

The situation you encountered is related to the limitation of the Apple framework and you cannot run more than two macOS virtual machines.
