Cannot submit on website

Hello,

I recently tried to request my free upgrade to Parallels 7, and when I click submit, the page keeps saying that it is unavailable. When I tried to submit a support ticket, the same thing happened. I'm not sure what to do at this point, so any help would be appreciated.

In the future you might need to clear cache and cookies or try another browser.
