Cannot upgrade Desktop Version 8

Hi,

I'm trying to upgrade to the latest release of Parallels Desktop for Mac 8. When I enter my password - and it is correct and I've updated it to verify - the input box just shakes back and forth horizontally. Does anyone have any idea what the problem is. Secondly, does anyone know of a way to get help from Parallels without having to pay $20 for a simple question?
