I cannot use this monitor, it works fine with OS X 8.3 and Windows 7 in Bootcamp but not with Parallels, I cannot even load the drivers properly.
Any solution ?

It works fine with another monitor or by itself with Windows 7 or Mavericks. I am running Windows 7 with Parallels and a Mac mini although it doesn't work well in coherence mode. I just downloaded the latest Display Link driver v2.1 beta which is a huge improvement over the previous version.
Are you able to link me the driver by chance? I have been trying every driver I can find and I am still getting stuck in the kernel panic loop, just out of curiosity is this how your issue was showing?
Connect U160 - let it configure (this is were it kernel panics) then the unit will restart looping in kernel panic.
All the drivers I am getting are from HP or DisplayLink.

I linked the driver page but it doesn't show maybe it is not allowed, it is the Displaylink v2.1, available on their site for download.
