cannot use SSH and Parallels Small Business Panel

Hello I am working with a machine which has installed the Parallels Small Business Panel in Linux , and I am trying to connect with it by SSH using Putty. I enter the user and the password , the values are correct , but once I am logged the Putty window dissapears. I do not know why this happens . In the Linux machine there ae three users.
Do you know how to connecte with Parallels Small Business using Putty ?
