Cannot view apps on ipad after installation

I have submitted a support request #28084434

My iPad is not showing the applications when they are launched?
I can see the apps on ipad and I can see the mouse moving but it does not show the PC applications.

Any ideas?
 
Hi Mal9000,

To view applications on PC, You need to switch "Desktop mode" on Parallels Access app on your iPad.

To switch to the Desktop mode tap the Settings (Gear picture) icon in the right toolbar and tap "Desktop Mode".
