Canon p 208 scanner 2x client

hello,

On few computers wa have some p 208 scabber (usb). Lacally all is running well, but on the 2x client -> connection property-> universal scanning we can see it. Any idea?

Hi thanks for contacting 2X Forums.

It may be that your scanner is not a TWAIN device. With 2X ApplicationServer and 2X Client 12.0 and previous, TWAIN only is supported, please upgrade to the latest version and see if your scanning device is detected in a later version of the 2X Client.
