Can't access internet after Windows forced 8 to 8.1 update

Hi,

Windows forced me to accept the update from 8 to 8.1 last night. Then I found out that:

[Mac connecting to Wifi]
Though Windows shows that the internet connection is good, I just can't access the internet. At the same time, I have no problem accessing the internet from Mac.

[Mac connecting to cellphone via USB]
Windows shows no connection at all. At the same time, I have no problem accessing the internet from Mac.

Really need some helps here. Thanks in advance.

"netsh winsock reset" did the wonder.
