I have an upgrade license for Parallels Desktop 26, purchased about a year ago as an upgrade from my Parallels Desktop 18 permanent license. It activated fine at the time and has worked without issues since.
I now had to reactivate, and the activation window asks me to confirm the upgrade key with my previous-version key. I enter the PD18 key and get: "The previous activation key has not been accepted by the license server." Both keys pass the format check (green ticks).
