Can't Activate Parallels Toolbox after moving disk to another machine

I bought the latest version of Parallels Toolbox a few weeks ago. Then my battery dies for my laptop. I moved my laptop disk to a new machine. Now, I cannot activate Parallels Toolbox because it says that my license is in use. How can I activate Toolbox on my new machine?
