Cant activate product

    I have migrated to a new mac, and unistalled the old version prior to erasing the drive.

    Now I can't activate on my new mac with the following error:
    You have reached the maximum number of activations available for your activation key (http://www.parallels.com/eula). Please purchase a new product license.

    How do I deactivate a computer that has been reset to factory condition?

    Hi @BrittonW , We have made the changes.
    1. Quit Parallels Desktop
    2. Open Finder > Application > Utility > Terminal and execute the command "prlsrvctl activate-license-online". and check it helps.
