Can't activate trial...

I've downloaded the trial of Parallels 11 but when I try to start it it tells me that my computer must be online in order to activate it...but my computer IS on line...obviously as I am posting this...I am running El Capitan...any ideas as to what the problem may be?

Please make sure that Firewall is turned off on your Mac as well as try to activate the trial by connecting to a different network. Let us know if the issue persists.
