can't active parallel desktop 16 for Mac

I have copied the Ubuntu image from the old MacBook to my new MacBook and reinstalled the Parallel Desktop 16 for my new Macbook. But when I enter the key to my new Macbook it can't activate and show the pop-up message: Unable to perform the operation - Your product license has reached the activation limit.
Please help me to fix that issue since now I couldn't turn on my virtual machine for work.
