Can't boot Windows 7

Bit poster
Accidentally put .hdd file in trash. Now can't open windows. Don't have installation disk. Would upgrade to Windows 10 but without access to windows 7 I can't go online via the VM to get Win 10 and am leery of doing anything at this point.

How about restoring hdd file?
Do you have a back u copy of your VM?
