Can't cancel subscription and need urgent help!

I need help cancel my subscription. My email is xuehanx1998@gmail.com.
I have followed the cancellation instructions but the cancellation instruction was not helpful.

From my perspective, The instructions was designed in a misleading way. As, apparently, options in users' account doesn't match what displays in the cancellation instructions, making it's impossible for users to cancel their subscriptions.
