Can't Copy and Paste between Mac and Windows 8

Hello
I have Windows 8 and Parallels 8.
I can't copy and paste between Mac and Windows.
I have copy & paste in advance configuration selected
I do not have isolate Mac from Windows selected
I have reinstalled Parallels tools.

Any ideas how to resolve this?

I have this same issue, and I've also gone through all the steps Julie1 listed. Any updates?

UPDATE: Figured it out. From Parallels KB:

Hopefully this will work by default without user configuration in a future release?
