I'm trying to create the request for support. When I copy my Support Code from https://account.parallels.com/support.html#/personal and paste it to the form "Create Support Request" I'm getting "Wrong support code" message in red letters, so I can't send this request. Sorry to open this thread since this issue is not really for this forum, but could anybody help me - I can't find any other way to contact technical support?
Hi @YaroslavM , Email Support for Parallels Desktop 10 has expired on August 25, 2016 itself and that's the reason you're unable to create a support request. Please check this link for more information.
