Can't Delete Damaged Parallels App

Hello! Below I have attached a screenshot of an error I get when I try to delete a damaged Parallels Application. I personally do not even know how this happened, I've tried installing different versions of Parallels but it simply won't go away. I am running on MacOS Catalina and this update made it difficult to delete pre-installed applications so I am unable to change permissions or do anything with the file. Any ideas on how to delete this? Thanks.

Hi, did you try any of these steps?
Maybe any Parallels process is still running, did you check it?
