Cant enable SSL over port 443 on cloud portal

I'm constantly getting a "Failed to load private key file" error on my server along with not being able to enable SSL over 443 on the cloud portal. I'm using a self generated certificate but still have the issue, have generated multiple ones with different encryption levels and the problem still comes back. Any help on the matter would be greatly appreciated.

Server Info:
Windows 2008 R2
2x version 11.1 build 2026
