Can't find Parallels Tools

Bit poster
I downloaded Parallels Desktop 9 as a trial, then purchased and got a license key. MacPro 1,1 running Snow Leopard. Parallels installed OK, installed ML as a guest OS. When I try to install Parallels Tools help says they are in /Library/Parallels/Tools. There isn't any Parallels folder in /Library. Where might it be?

OK, found the problem. The Mountain Lion disk was still mounted, so it was not possible to mount Parallels Tools. Unmounting ML fixed that.
