I can print just fine to my brother printer... but never in duplex. From the mac side... duplex works great.

Any ideas on things to try?

    Thanks!!

    Hi kevinvinv,

Please follow the steps as suggested at http://kb.parallels.com/111997 and install the printer drivers in the VM side.

    Thanks,
    Abdul

I had the same problem, but with some trial and error I found out how to do duplex printing in Parallels Desktop. In your VM (I tested this with Windows XP), go to Printers & Faxes. There, right-click on the printer and click Properties. In Device Settings, scroll down and under Installable Options you will find "Duplex Unit (for 2-Sided Printing)". Change this from "Not Installed" to "Installed" and click OK. Now when you want to print something and see the print dialog, click on Properties and under "Print on Both Sides" select "Flip on Short Edge" or "Flip on Long Edge", whichever suits you best :)
