I have this exact problem with 16.1.2. Just found your post by googling. I have just installed parallels desktop on Mac to virtualize guest Linux (I'm a new user, but use this mostly to virtualize Windows). I'll post here if I find anything out. I felt initially like I might be doing something stupid, because the attached screenshot indicates that bluetooth is turned off (when the purple switch at the top indicates it is on, and I can see something by running "hciconfig" in terminal). Does this happen to you too?
