Can't install Anniversary update - don't have permissions to write to Installation folder

I'm not sure if this error is because of virtualization, or because my Microsoft Account is cloud-based, but I apparently don't have permissions to install the Anniversary Update. Looks like I might have to wait until the Microsoft gods send it to me, but is there a way around this? Thanks.
