Can't install MS Office

Hi Group,

Parallels 8 OSX 10.8.3 Windows 7

Recently upgraded to a Mac. I had a set of disks that I believe were the installation disks for MS Office, which was installed on my old laptop.

Having trouble installing them through Parallels. It appears that whenever I click on the INSTALL icon, nothing appears to happen. Here are the disks that I'm working with.

By the way....I've probably written this in the wrong section of this forum. Is there a section for new users?

The correct section would be the "Windows Guest OS".

The DVD will only work in Windows, it has to be mounted inside the Virtual Machine, refer to the User Guide.

Thanks. I disconnected my DVD drive, then plugged it in again. This time, I picked Windows 7 and now everything appears to work. Phil
