Can't install Parallels desktop 12 on Sierra

On 2013, I bought Parallels desktop 8 and installed it successfully on Lion, never upgraded my system until now. After installing Sierra I downloaded Parallels 12 the trial version but can't install it. it always stuck on the Sign in window where the rainbow circle keeps appearing and I don't know how to get out of this loop. (firewall is off) please help.

Please quit Parallels Desktop then try login Parallels account: https://account.parallels.com/
Let us know whether able to login to Parallels account.
