Can't install parallels tool after update Windows to 1903

    I can't install parallels tool after update Windows to 1903. I can't open the disk that shall have PTAgent inside to manually install parallels tool. I can't adjust the screen resolution in Windows and the keyboard can't work like OS. Please help me~~ I gonna cry~~~ Thanks a lot.

    Hi, please use Actions > Reinstall Parallels Tools to make the disk appear in Windows. Then check if the disk indeed appeared. In case it did - please open it and start "PTAgent" as Administrator. If installation still does not start (or if the disk did not appear in Windows at all) - please collect a technical report (from MAc top menu Help > Send technical data > check "Attach screenshots" > Send report) and share its ID here.
