Can't install VMware Workstation player 16 inside Parallels version 17.1.2 on M1 Macbook

I am having some trouble installing the VMware workstation player via windows 11 and windows 10 ARM inside parallels. On the windows 11 attempt, I got a
"cpu doesn't support hardware requirements"error and on the windows 10 arm and windows 10 arm preview, I can't remember what the error was however none of them worked. Any guidance on what I should try would be greatly appreciated.
