Can't Install Windows

System crashes when trying to load Windows XP. I follow the instructions and I get to the point where it says click on POWER ON key. I click... then a gray transparent screen descends and gives me an error message that I have to restart. In the hardcopy instruction manual that came with the software, I'm following the instructions for "Installing Guest OS" on page 38 #8. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. TIA
 
Found solution

I found another post with the same problem. The solution was to download the newest version. Thanks. It seems to be working. I'm installing Windows as I write this. A bit frustrated that the place I bought the computer and software from were not aware of this. Glad that I took the time to come here and look. Kurt
