I reinstalled the MacOS operating system and when I go to launch parallels it tells me "System software from developer "Parallels International GmbH" was blocked from loading." It won't allow me to click allow. I have contacted Apple and they have said to contact parallels support.

Hello WilliamS19, please let us know the version of Mac OS X and Parallels Desktop for Mac version you are using? Thanks!

You can try disabling System Integrity Protection then install Parallels Desktop. You can enable it after installing Parallels Desktop.
