My subscription was in an old email address which is now dead and I cannot access my account to manage my subscription. Im told to verify my email but I cannot receive any email to the old address so I can't log in to change my email address. I also see that I need to log in to get support. What do I do? I have created a new user account with my current email address but need some way of transferring my licence.
Hi forum - Im still trying to resolve this problem I think the issue is ive linked my subscription to a 'Hide My Email' email account. When I try to log in to my account I get the trust my browser message. The email to authorise is then not landing in my inbox/being forwarded by iCloud. Ive checked my junk/spam and tried at least 20 times over the last week to resend email with no success. Ive tried moving my licence key to a new account, but I see the error that it is already registered. How do I change my email address to my actual email?
