Can't log into Windows 10

I used msconfig to do a selective startup to do some debugging, enabling the two parallels services so I could get a bigger window. But now the login window no longer appears!
How do I solve this

I fixed this. Stop the VM (Stop option in the Actions menu) and on the 4th start you get a troubleshooting menu.
