Can't login, can't shutdown, can't suspend

pretty much sums it up.

i get the windows control+alt+del to login screen, VM is not responding to control+alt+del keyboard event
tried shutdown from the actions menu, nothing happens
tried suspend from the actions menu, spins for a bit then reports it could not suspend the VM with a dialog and link to check a KB artcile but the link only shows the most recent KBs, nothing specific.

anyone else encounter this? seems to have started the past week or so.

1. Collect a technical report (right-click Parallels icon in Dock > Help > Send technical data > check "Attach screenshots..." > press Send Report) and provide us with the report's 9-digit ID in reply to this post.
