Can't logon in Windows XP

For the last month, I've been getting the following after loggin on my Boot camp Windows XP:

I have an up-to-date Windows XP and an up-to-date Parallels.

I only have this problem when starting Windows XP with Parallels, not when I re-start my computer and start it in Windows only.

Any idea?
 
Seems to me that you deleted manually some software folder like Kaspersky, or another , install it back and remove from add/remove programs
Also try this
Parallels Desktop -<Virtual Machine name>-Edit-Virtual Machine -Hard Disk 1 -Advanced clear
