Can't merge Recycle Bin and Trash together

Can't merge Recycle Bin and Trash together, I set the configuration on "Sharing Settings" but every file that I delete on Windows do not appear on Mac OS X trash.

What can I do?

My Parallels is version 8 and I'm using Windows 8.
