I'm been trying to move my license to my new Mac but am being told that the maximum limit has been reached, that I can't activate the key, and that I should perhaps buy a new license. This is pretty weird considering that I'm using a subscription based key. I've tried following the parallel page article for moving licenses to a different machine but the instructions have not helped at all. I have no access to my old computer and was wondering if there's a way to deactivate the key from the old machine so that I can activate it on my new one?
