Can't open any folders

Hi I'm running Windows 7 on my Mac. When I click on a folder, say on the desktop or in file explorer, the folder doesn't open. Thanks for the help!Screen Shot 2016-03-23 at 5.47.05 PM.png
 
Hello James,
Please follow the below steps in order to fix this issue,
1. follow article http://kb.parallels.com/112942 and isolate your virtual machine from Mac.
2. Click on Actions > Reinstall Parallels Tools
3. Now, disable the isolation again click on Actions > Reinstall Parallels Tools, then try to open the folder - It should work!
