Hi,
I've got 2 x 2X AS Enterprise Servers set as Master/Backup, and 4 x TS Servers.
The license is for 2 LB servers. Version is 7.3.768.
What I am trying to achieve is publish applications from the 2X servers (load balanced), and desktop only for the TS servers (each TS contains specific software).
When I was testing 2X with just one server, it was working fine, but now I've rolled the 2 servers into production publishing the TS desktops doesn't work any more. Application publishing works fine.
When I try to connect to a TS desktop, I can see this error on the desktop:
Code [02/00000005]
A specific machine was not found. Please inform your system administrator.
On the server side, I see this in the logs:
- Failed to get MAC Address (0x0000001f) A device attached to the system is not functioning.
- Logon user '<username>' domain '<domain>' successfully. (Connected from Client IP - <clientIP> Gateway IP - <serverIP>)
- Resource LB User '<username>' No Servers Available!
- User <username>@<domain>, Client <clientName>, Address <serverIP> wants to open "#13" Application, Server :0 is available
I can't figure out whether I have configured the production servers slightly differently, whether it broke with a more recent version (I first started to test on 7.1), or whether it was fluke the first time round.
Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.
Regards,
