Sorry for the delay. It seems that I have to upgrade to Windows 10. Is that correct?

I tried the steps in the article, but it seems I have to upgrade to Win 10. Here's the latest: I have Parallels 14.1.0 installed on my Mac. I'm trying to re-load Windows 7 Home Premium using a usb-connected disc drive. I keep getting a black screen stating that "No boot device is available, press Enter to continue." Then I get "Trying to boot from floppy drive ... Skipped". How do I get Windows to re-install? Any ideas. This is making me nuts! ;(

Please delete the incomplete Windows installation by following these directions. Then, download a Windows 7 disk image file from https://www.microsoft.com/software-download/ and ensure that the download completes successfully. Finally, follow http://kb.parallels.com/4729 once again to begin installing Windows, using the disk image file downloaded earlier.
