Cant Read Hybrid Win/Mac disc

I recently purchased a win/mac copy of myst iv, after finding out I cant install the mac setup because powerpc is not supported, I tried to install the windows setup in parallels. In windows explorer, only the mac install app is shown when browsing the cd-rom.
Is there anyway to read the windows setup files in paralllels instead of the mac setup app?
 
If the CD contains a Windows version of the app, doesn't it have autorun?
Also, did you try to insert it to a regular PC? Can you try?
